Adam & Kirstin’s Beautifull Wedding at Mitchell Golf Club!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, we seriously have the best clients! And yesterdays wedding at Mitchell golf club with Adam & Kirstin was no exception! It seems like forever ago that we first met with them to chat about their wedding, and yesterday their day finally arrived. What a day it was. You couldn’t have asked for better weather. Not too hot, and not too cold, it started out nice and cloudy which was perfect for their beautiful ceremony on the green of the fourth hole. Then afterwards we had beautiful sunlight for the rest of the day.

When we first met with Kirstin & Adam, they told us how important photography was to them. Which we love to hear! Because pictures were so important to them, they made sure to schedule in lots of time during their wedding day at the Mitchell Golf Club. We had the opportunity, along with our regular photo session, to take them out for photos during the golden hour. Then, just before sunset, as well as at sunset. Finally, once it got dark we had the opportunity to do some really awesome night time photos with Adam’s bike!

Ok, I thought I would try something different today for this post, I asked Kirstin to share a little bit about themselves and how he proposed, here was her responce:

How did he propose?
We were going out for brunch to Dave’s Diner (In Sebringville – SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST DINER BREAKFAST!) and he told me something was wrong with his tire. Now at the time, I didn’t know much about cars so I assumed he was telling me the truth! When we arrived at the diner, I didn’t assume anything different and asked if he wanted to change the tire now or call CAA so we would have time to eat before they arrived. He refused politely. We went in to eat and he was looking so good (seriously dressed in his nicest clothing) and I looked like I had just crawled out of bed (sweater, sweatpants, hair in a messy unkept bun). When we were done eating we went out to the car and it looked like he was checking his tire pressure when I hear “OMG babe, I have a flat!” My arms were full with our leftovers and he wouldn’t unlock to the door for me to put them down – I should have clued in something was up, but the tire was on my mind. So I walk to the other side (driver’s side) and there Adam is, on one knee with this BEAUTIFUL engagement ring. I cried we got engaged and here we are! I CAN’T WAIT TO MARRY MY BEST FRIEND!
Side note: There was absolutely nothing wrong with his tire, he’s just very creative and I’m very hard to surprise!

Ok, I’m definitly going to make a trip to Sebringville one of these days for breakfast! Here are a few of our favourites from Adam & Kirstin’s wedding day at Mitchell Golf Club! Enjoy!
